Currently, 70% of our team transactions come from listing property. We double end 15% of our current transactions. 30% of our buyers have been from sign calls in 2024. Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Show good organizational and time management skills • Technology driven Compensation: $115,000+ at commission plan
