This position is designed to help increase the number of sales opportunities for the team, and to promote and professionally represent the good reputation of RE/MAX Excalibur, Jason Penrose and The Penrose Team. Responsibilities: • Cold calling for 5 hours per day (this is a minimum) • Setting listing appointments for salespeople • Pre-qualifying potential sellers for listing appointments • Make 50+ new contacts per day • Aggressive follow up in the lead pipeline • Accurately track and convey sales productivity and sales metrics to management • Participate in training and education requirements • Follow scripts to deliver team value proposition and handle objections • Have a positive attitude and be a productive member of a team Qualifications: • ACTIVE ARIZONA REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED • OUTBOUND SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED • Friendly and personable • Extremely strong and comfortable with outbound telemarketing • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies • Be a team player who thrives on and truly enjoys working with a team • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook 365 Compensation: $50,000+ potential at plan
