Responsibilities:

• Manage daily staff needs.
• Communicate and present results to senior management.
• Analyze financial data and provide guidance.
• Respond to audit requests.
• Review monthly financial statements.
• Collaborate with operations for financial insight.
• Drive system annual standard costs.
• Assist with project budgets and automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, etc.
• Manufacturing cost environment knowledge.
• Dedication to customer and time commitments.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 USD

Schedule: Flexible start and end times within employer's guidelines. Weekly in-person staff meeting on Fridays at 7:30 AM.

Hybrid Schedule: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office (subject to change based on mandatory meetings).

Direct Reports: Initially 2 direct reports, potential for growth to 3.

Bonus: 5-10% ICP bonus (varies based on candidate).
