    We are sourcing a bookkeeper role for our client that will entail overseeing cash management, AP, AP and best processes. This is a stable and growing organization located in Tulsa, OK.     The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting department. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Accounting Support:

    • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and payment processing.
    • Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports as needed.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

    Administrative Duties:

    • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
    • Assist with preparing presentations, correspondence, and other documents.
    • Handle incoming inquiries and requests from employees, clients, and vendors in a timely and professional manner.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience in general accounting
    • Prior experience in accounting preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Knowledge of accounting CRMS with experience preferred.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.  Prior experience working in a HIPAA environment
