Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our clients growing team in the Greater Frisco, Texas area. Sales Manager – What You’ ll Do As the Sales Manager, you will directly oversee our team of sales people and support all company sales activity, to drive and increase sales. You will also be responsible for recruiting, on-boarding and retaining a high performing sales team.
Oversight of sales personnel including mentoring, managing and motivating the team.
Provide guidance and training to sales team including holding training, how to conduct client meetings, counseling, product/service knowledge and proper follow up and accountability.
Develop and track sales goals and metrics, reporting key data to ownership.
Maintain the company sales CRM system including ensuring data is valuable, consistent and accurately recorded.
Assign incoming leads to sales team.
Identify needs in the sales process (ie: sales collateral) that would enhance the sales process.
Assist the sales team with generating new customer leads.
A successful Sales Manager in this role is someone who generates a consistent positive impact to the company revenue through effective management and sales monitoring activities. Prior experience in a management or team oversight role
Ability to operate effectively in a construction environment and interact positively with our field team
Prior experience working in the construction industry
