You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
