Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Currently licensed in real estate • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commissions
