You’ll be responsible for your own team: growing, overseeing team operations, training your new agents, and ensuring that you meet your team goals. Responsibilities: • Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards • Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members • Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage • Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in • Be sure that state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all agents • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team Sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train Qualifications: • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills • The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents • A real estate license is required • Brokers license or ability to obtain one • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $75,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
