Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Show a track record of real estate success • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
