Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner • Identify homes that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Commission opportunity • Valid real estate license required • Sales experience Compensation: $100,000+ at plan
