Responsibilities: • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live in within the greater Detroit or surrounding areas Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
