This is a PROVEN role that will train a qualified sales candidate in the art of real estate sales with the goal to build your own book of business within the team. Successful team members who succeed in this role can generate $4M-$8M in sales in the first year of business. This paid role will report directly to the owners and will support the buyer and listing business while being mentored in all aspects of real estate sales. The goal is to provide a paid position that will transition into a commission-based sales position on the team within 6 to 12 months. Long term career growth in becoming a mentor and sales manager/leader on the team. $20 hourly to start with future potential $70,000+ Responsibilities: • Support the team owners in all aspects of supporting buyer and seller clients. • Management of listing docs, photoshoots, market analysis • Management of buyer contracts, inspections • Meeting and managing contractors to obtain estimates and work completion • Support in marketing collateral and advertising of listings • Must be coachable Qualifications: Team player invested in the success of others Fast thinker and proactive Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • MUST ALREADY HAVE OR BE IN THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING A REAL ESTATE LICENSE, OR BE HIGHLY MOTIVATED TO OBTAIN A LICENSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE Compensation: $20 hourly
