    Part Time MUST BE LOCAL TO SMYRNA GA AREA.  The Marketing Coordinator is starting as a part time contract position responsible for advancing the community and customer experience through online and traditional real estate marketing. The position requires interaction with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Responsibilities: • Copywriting video creation, social media content, video production • Developing content utilizing team experts, affiliates and industry leaders • create /source and schedule content on multiple social media platforms • Success determined by ability to drive engagements through the multiple marketing channels • Measurement and analysis of marketing performance • Manage and update various marketing assets for the team • Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year marketing/brand management experience • Must be able to demonstrate past achievements and successes • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions • B A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required • Expert in forward design concepts Compensation: $14 - $16 per hour
