    Job Description

    We currently have a tremendous opportunity for Sales Consultants who are self-motivated, career oriented and seek to achieve a high level of success. Your job entails calling on new and existing accounts in an exclusively assigned territory, presenting exciting recreational products, with long term customer relationship potential. We are looking for service oriented people who have had previous outside sales success. You must be eager to serve, and eager to learn. You must also be independent, adept at prospecting with today’s internet tools, willing to make cold calls, able to manage your own accounts, projects, and time.

    SALES RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Must have professional consultative sales skills to develop and close new sales and retain existing business in a specific assigned territory including: effective time management, territorial goal setting, activity reports, customer contact management, customer and market analysis, lead contact, tele-prospecting, cold calling, customer service, and results analysis utilizing a CRM
    • Maintain and prepare to discuss a 30-60-90 day pipeline of forecasted sales.
    • Must have high quality verbal and written presentation skills utilizing Word and/or PowerPoint.
    • Must be able to execute in the field playground site surveys, playground design and layout.
    • Must be able to complete bid specification preparation, blue print/plan take-offs, and estimates.
    • Must have Project Management (3 months to 1 year possible) experience. General construction knowledge valuable.
    • Assistance in collections.
    • Attend trade shows some requiring overnight travel.
    • Limited overnight travel but must have the ability and willingness to travel overnight if necessary
    • Present or future office in home required including: high speed internet, email, scanning, fax, printing capabilities (up to 11”x17” color for presentations, partially provided by PlayWell).
    • Must have reliable and professional transportation
