Job Description

Our client, an established and highly reputable financial services firm in the LA area, is hiring a talented Executive Assistant to join their team and stay for the long term. The EA will support a team of executives across many facets in order to ensure their day to day operations run smoothly. This is a remote position for the time being, but will eventually work in the LA office (timeline unknown). The ideal candidate will be highly resourceful, professional, and able to work well in an often changing environment. This is a special opportunity at a truly amazing company. Requirements: In order to apply for this role, candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar type of role, in a fast-paced environment. Experience in financial services or similar industries is preferred. MUST know Concur and have experience working for high-level executives in a busy environment. MUST have experience with the duties listed below as well as proficiency in MS Office. Duties: Duties will include but are not limited to: extensive calendar management for multiple executives, travel planning (international and domestic, flights + hotels+ cars, etc), expense management using Concur, and much more as needed! There is room to grow in this role long term as this a very established company with a phenomenal team. Schedule: Approximately 7-4 daily, with some flex as needed. Location: Remote for now, but will be in the LA office in the future. Pay: up to $75k DOE + excellent benefits, bonus structure, and company perks.
