The person hired will be assisting with administrative duties. PRG will provide specific training for this position. QUALIFICATIONS: -0 - 1 year experience -Current junior, senior, or graduate student -Excellent organizational skills -Exceptional attention to detail -Excellent communication skills and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. -Strong time-management skills -Self-motivated -Reliable and consistent transportation required -Ability to work a set schedule DUTIES: -Administrative duties such as filing, office supply inventory, office phone coverage, errands -Assistance with basic accounting procedures and record-keeping -Conduct research data entry and quality assurance checks -Provide assistance and support for the Operations Manager, as needed WAGE: $15/hour START DATE: October 30, 2018 (precise start date is flexible depending on availability) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: October 2018 - May 2019 STATUS: Non-exempt HOURS: Part-time position of about 20 hours/week LOCATION: This position will be based in the main PRG office in New Orleans, LA.
