The person hired will be assisting with administrative duties. PRG will provide specific training for this position.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 year experience
• Current junior, senior, or graduate student
• Excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong time-management skills
• Self-motivated
• Reliable and consistent transportation required
• Ability to work a set schedule

Duties:

• Administrative duties, such as filing, office supply inventory, office phone coverage, errands
• Assistance with basic accounting procedures and file-keeping
• Conduct research data entry and quality assurance checks
• Provide assistance and support for the Operations Manager as needed

Starting Wage: $15/hour

Start Date: May 1, 2018

Period of Performance: May 2018 - August 2018

Status: Non-exempt

Hours: This is a part-time position of about 20 hours/week.

Location: This position will be based in the main PRG office in New Orleans, LA.
