Our client, a financial planning and wealth management firm based in Fairfield County is looking for a new admin-associate and sales coordinator to support a number of financial advisors.

Job Description: The Sales Support Associate role is to provide all aspects of sales and administrative support to financial advisors to ensure that their focus remains on seeing clients and phoning clients.
Ongoing support to continue to build their business will also be provided. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Operations Support
Copy case notes ( into our client relationships management (CRM) tool.
Manage starter checklist for each FR.
Help new FRs set-up their workflow and systems.
Create and maintain compliant client file folders.
Creating compliant template letters/sending out correspondence.
Be the back up to mail distribution in the firm.
Be the back up to reception and cover reception breaks. Sales Support
Input factfinding information into CRM and scan factfinder into e-files.
Work with our planning department to request plans and illustrations
Create households in our CRM system.
Pre-check applications and copy them for client files.
Case prep for representative’s mentor meetings.
Financial Plan creation, review and consultation.
Conducts regular one-on-one meeting with assigned representatives.
Schedules underwriting requirements with clients and orders medical exams.
Actively manages underwriting process and regularly follow-up on outstanding requirements.
Prepares policy for delivery and obtain Policy Delivery Acknowledgements.
Prepare Approach, Close and Delivery kits.
Process services requests (POS).
coach representative towards effectively using their time to build clientele; support the activity coaching (quantity & quality) initiative.
Other projects as assigned by your supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be quality focused, detail oriented and able to prioritize requests to meet shifting deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.
