The Post at Mint Hill is a family care home (Assisted living) that caters to 6 residents in each of our homes. We have a true family atmosphere and have a resident-to-staff ratio of 1:3 during wake hours. With us, you can truly give the care these sweet residents deserve without having to worry about a large resident-to-staff ratio.

We offer 12-hour shifts, flexible schedules and great pay!

As a CNA you will be responsible for :

Ensuring all care needs for each resident is met

Being a companion to our residents

Effective and polite communication to fellow staff, residents and family members

Attention to detail especially around cleanliness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
