    We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. The primary objective is to build a business and brand presence. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating traffic to our website and social media channels by creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities; creating content and managing social media channels; maintaining an inventory of collateral materials and planning events. Responsibilities: Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information • Responsible for managing all marketing, social media, PR, and branding initiatives - print, digital, and social, photography and video, direct mail • Ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent • Creates, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials and advertising campaigns • Event Planning/Coordination • Establish all marketing for team events, open houses, and new listings • Plan and organize all team events and market across all social media channels • Maintain accurate information on the company website • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic • Geographic farm marketing focuses on a single neighborhood as a target audience and utilizes our marketing efforts to educate, improve, provide different services and bring value to the residents of this particular neighborhood • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals • Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends • Marketing/brand management in an agency or real estate sales environment • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn • Possesses a proven track record of sales/marketing performance • Social media expert • Bright, upbeat, energetic, and have strong communication skills • Highly proficient with marketing concepts • Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment • Passion for new solutions and challenging broad-based audiences • Enjoys the challenges of new products, new environments, and working with a team • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Compensation: $44,000
