    POSITION SUMMARY

    Provide both application and functional expertise for financial business changes. These changes impact the financial consolidations process, the Chart of Accounts, Allocations, and Bridge alignment. Lead change in all areas of the Financial and Reporting master data movement interdependencies and contribute to the design phase of all projects. This position is also the primary back up for the Financial Systems Manager. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Align data values, hierarchies, up/down stream systems with desired business outcomes (e.g., Oracle EDMCS, GL, FCCS, and Essbase)
    • Manage the technical implementation of acquisitions or Mergers
    • Lead enterprise project work (e.g., modernization, business restructuring and acquisitions)
    • Develop strong relationship with key stakeholders to align data, business logic, and reporting outcomes
    • Develop stakeholder relationships and manage expectations
    • Work collaboratively with technology department on overall data/ technology strategy
    • Serve as the primary FCCS Administrator backup
    • Participate in the design of 10 K and 10 Q reports, income statements, balance sheet, cash flow reporting, narrative reporting, and disclosure reporting
    • Design mapping in Data Management or FDMEE
    • Partner in metadata maintenance
    • Support broader finance master data activities such as DLT/ REM/ governance
    • Travel to divisions to participate in training sessions

    MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in in accounting/finance or equivalent experience
    • 8+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of experience reporting solution applications or equivalent experience
    • Ability to lead and motivate individuals from a wide variety of functional backgrounds
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, resources, and schedules
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel

    DESIRED PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

    • Any experience working through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) including the
    • Any experience in Oracle, FCCS, EDMCS, or Hyperion products
    • Any experience writing functional technical, test script and training documentation
    • Any experience working with cross functional teams especially with Oracle Cloud ERP
    • Expert in Oracle Cloud Financial Reporting Studio
    • Strong understanding of Oracle and Hyperion functionalities
    • Understanding of ERP functionalities
    • Expert in SmartView or Office products (Excel, Word, and Power point)
    • Ability to lead and collaborate at the different client level and excellent customer service skills
