    Qualifications

    • Knowledgeable with auto and equipment terminology and filing
    • Experience in data entry, tracking and reporting information
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to problem solve and multitask
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Strong self-motivation and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and under deadlines
    • Dependable and punctual

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain auto and equipment files and databases
    • Auto and equipment licensing and registration
    • Assist with equipment data entry for weekly and monthly reports
    • Work order entry, distribution and filing
    • Assist with tracking and processing all auto and equipment insurance claims submitted to the Equipment Department
    • Periodically update company information and requirements for State and Federal DOT
    • Track and maintain company CDL training requirements
    • Work with the other departments to provide data and information for auto and equipment
    • Provide general administrative support to the Equipment Department
    • Additional assignments as required
