Qualifications
- Knowledgeable with auto and equipment terminology and filing
- Experience in data entry, tracking and reporting information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong self-motivation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under deadlines
- Dependable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Maintain auto and equipment files and databases
- Auto and equipment licensing and registration
- Assist with equipment data entry for weekly and monthly reports
- Work order entry, distribution and filing
- Assist with tracking and processing all auto and equipment insurance claims submitted to the Equipment Department
- Periodically update company information and requirements for State and Federal DOT
- Track and maintain company CDL training requirements
- Work with the other departments to provide data and information for auto and equipment
- Provide general administrative support to the Equipment Department
- Additional assignments as required
