Responsibilities

The handyman must have expertise in several areas of home repair/maintenance and remodeling. You should also have great communication skills, and are able to bid work and produce it. A positive attitude is a must. The craftsman or craftswoman should have at least 3 of the following skills:

General home repairs and maintenance work

General carpentry

Bathroom and Kitchen refreshes/remodels

Basic plumbing and electrical

Drywall repair

Painting (interior and exterior)

Requirements

A valid driver license and insurance

Work vehicle, tools, and good references

Experience in home repair trades and remodels

A smart phone and access to internet
