Job Description
We are seeking Virtual Call Center Representatives to join our growing team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service knowledge to our clients who request information on a daily basis from our company. There is no income cap or limit to the success you will be able to attain here. At this time, all interactions with our clients are via phone and this will be a work from home position. We also have a world-class training system in place to ensure you will be very successful within this amazing organization!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
