    Job Title: Fast Casual Operations Manager

    Location: Tampa, FL

    Salary: $60K annually

    The Operation Manager is a full-time position for the Proper House Group fast casual concept restaurants. They will work in partnership with the culinary director of operations, managers, chefs, and general personnel. The position is responsible to ensure that all day-to-day activities for both the front and back of the house are completed and maintained to specifications while ensuring a sense of culture, care, policy, procedure, and profitability.

    This position will work with the Director of Operations and Culinary Director specifically to identify and develop strategic opportunities to increase sales and will be responsible for the continued upkeep of all control systems in place.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Serve as direct contact to the Director of Operations.

    Overseeing all menu changes and execution, including food, wine and beverage programs.

    Overseeing daily and weekly checklists at all restaurants. (Opening, Midday and Closing)

    Overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of all restaurants.

    Helps with all hiring and termination of employees in conjunction with Managers and Workstream.

    Overseeing the completion of bi-weekly payroll.

    Overseeing the input and upkeep of all Margins Edge invoicing and accounting.

    Helps with yearly reviews of all PHG Employees.

    Helps with scheduling of FOF & BOF employees in conjunction with Managers, while maintaining labor goals.

    Helps with product and equipment sourcing issues.

    Assists Culinary Director with the implementation and upkeep of Margins Edge recipes and inventory functions for all restaurants.

    Helps conduct weekly manager meetings with the Culinary director and delivers pertinent information to the Director of Operations and Ownership.

    Ensures that all inventory control systems are in place and maintained (ie Food, Wine, Beer, Paper Products).

    Overseeing the maintenance of the POS, as well as the upkeep of proper pricing, and menu item changes.

    Ensures that a culture of care is being implemented and used with all employees.

    Overseeing the implementation and completion of all marketing initiatives and strategies from the PHG Marketing Team.

    Recognizes opportunities and implements creative solutions to areas of improvement

    Develops, recognizes and maintains avenues of profitability on a quarterly basis.

    Continued development of Managers' skills, organization, and professional growth.

    Qualifications:

    2-3 years' experience as a multi-unit restaurant manager.

    Familiarity with safe and sanitary food handling and preparation

    Certified in proper food handling, typically through a ServSafe Certification.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office.

    Proficient with restaurant management software preferred. (Restaurant 365, Margins Edge, etc.)

    Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.

    Great team building, coaching, and people development skills.

    Effective communication skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
