Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Lead Engagement & Follow-Up: Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities and build relationships. • Local Expertise: Stay abreast of local knowledge to expertly address client questions about potential homes and the surrounding community. • Customer Excellence: Provide world-class customer service, fostering client satisfaction, building trust, and boosting sales volume. • Consultation Expert: Conduct buyer and seller consultations, understanding their needs and desires, and skillfully match them with suitable homes. • Diligent Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic through hard work and dedication to achieving exceptional results. • Team Collaboration: Attend and actively contribute to team meetings, fostering collaboration and shared success. Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Show good organizational and time management skills • Tech savvy • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • A successful and proven sales history is preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $250,000 yearly
