    Job Description

    ThePub Productions is hiring a Creative Producer for NOTCH, which is a creative production agency within Publicis that was custom built to deliver creative, cost-effective solutions for scalable video content.

    We provide full-service content production – from concept, production execution, to delivery - for our agency partners and clients.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    A successful creative producer possesses a swiss army knife of skills. In your role you may be responsible for the strategy, creative, account services, project management and quality control on any given project.

    THE RIGHT FIT

    You are a detail-oriented individual who is experienced in managing more than one concurrent project and can independently prioritize your projects to meet deadlines. You are a force of calm and good judgment as well as an adaptable person who revels in change. You want to raise the bar creatively.

    COMMUNICATION: By acting as a single point of contact with cross functional partners, the Creative Producer will continue to streamline the flow of information to establish a unified voice to our client, account, and production partners. This ensures that projects stay organized, on track, and that correspondence funnels through the right channels.

    CREATIVE AND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT: Beyond project management, Creative Producers develop and sell-in concepts to clients, and offer creative support for our production partners (writers, editors, animators, designers, etc.). They can also provide strategic counsel to optimize content production and distribution.

    RESOURCE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Resource management is a key function of the Creative Producer, across the various creative production roles that vary from project to project. is a key function of the Creative Producer. They assist in managing team bandwidth, creative resources, and schedules every step in the content production life cycle. This improves workflow efficiencies and helps to ensure we’re utilizing the best talent available for each project.

    SERVICE: Service is at the forefront of our business, and we work daily to create and strengthen relationships with our agency partners, clients, and creators. Prompt and thorough responsiveness and a genuine interest in others is what makes our service model strong and memorable.

    ASSET MANAGEMENT: The Creative Producer helps to source, organize and share any and all needed assets for each project at hand. This may include project files, footage, music, tracking down brand assets, gathering final deliverables, and facilitating the delivery and archival of final files.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Develop creative concepts, strategies and proposals based on the unique needs of each project.

    · Manage all aspects of the production process including briefs, scheduling, creative resourcing, budgets, project assets and licensing

    · Lead client meetings and presentations to pitch creative, share project updates, or review content deliverables.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · 4+ years producing short form social content, project management, and/or creative/PR agency experience.

    · Excellent written and verbal communicator.

    · Knowledge of current events, pop culture, video, web and broadcasting content.

    · Ability to pivot and adjust quickly to schedule changes and creative.

    · Attention to detail, demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

    · Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously.

    · Excellent organization and time management; able to prioritize large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines.

    · Knowledge of project management software a plus.

    · Working knowledge of video equipment and technologies a plus.
