Job Description
We’re looking for an animator who can bring environments and experiences to life through motion design. As a member of the team, you should be able to demonstrate an ability to juggle projects of all shapes and sizes. We move fast, so you must be able to prioritize appropriately, communicate, and collaborate with team members effectively and efficiently at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Successfully executes projects within established budgets and time frames, on strategy, and per client.
- Partners effectively with other creatives and across agency multidisciplinary teams
- Resourceful researcher; has their finger on the pulse of the creative industry
- Constant learner and student of new motion trends and technologies
- Augment and develop creative techniques, research and incorporate new technology
- Will develop an in-depth understanding of client requirements to properly coordinate and guide clients through the creative process
- Design and animate individually or as part of a team depending on project needs.
- Collaborate and share ideas with the creative and production teams.
CORE SKILLS
- Highly skilled in After Effects, compositing and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere
- Strong graphic design skills and editing capabilities
- Technical skills
- Skilled in the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfortable on both Mac and PC OS
- Experience with sound design
- Nice to have: Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D
- Organizational skills
- Ability to integrate with the company’s organizational standards
- Promote consistency within projects, files, and folder structures
- Happy to work within tight timelines
- Great communicator – bring questions and ideas to the forefront
- A strong sense of initiative, work ethic, and team spirit is paramount
- Basic production skills
- Happy to help out on other animators projects
- Produce look-tests based on provided reference materials Work within the project requirements and production deadlines to complete all tasks
