    Job Description

    The PRODUCTION PROGRAM MANAGER for ALDI is one of the most important roles on the ALDI account, as they are the connection point between our clients, agency partners, and internal teams- knowing when to push and when to bend. You are the hub- a trusted, respected and critical asset to the entire team and process. Having excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the crazy calm ability to juggle tasks easily and calmly. Your experience in the production process extends not only creating and managing timelines, project details and assets, but having an eye on creativity. Asking and ensuring we are proactively interrogating the ask up front to set the team up for success in design to delivery.

    Core responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Act as primary point of contact with clients, agency partners, and internal teams to plan and deliver projects
    • Development and management of project trackers and information
    • Ensure team successfully delivers on strategy and quality
    • Create and manage project timelines, keeping the team and clients on track through creative and production phases
    • Manage project financials, including opening jobs, tracking team hours, and securing client approvals of out-of-pocket costs
    • Maintain and communicate all project documentation, including but not limited to, complex product, pricing, photography, and business strategy details
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all assets are received in a timeline manner and pushed forward
    • Support Senior Program Manager & Account Management in the review of products for all media channel needs

    Work experience, skills and education:

    • 2-4 years in an account or project management role (creative agency experience preferred)
    • strong skills in Office 365 as well as experience with project management software
    • knowledge of print creative and production processes
    • bachelors’ degree

    Qualifications/Competencies:

    • excellent team management skills with ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
    • excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills
    • strong organization skills and ability to manage a great deal of detailed information
    • resilience and ability to help team stay motivated through challenging timelines and changes in client direction
    • strong project planning skills with ability to anticipate project needs several steps ahead
    • customer-service oriented, attuned to client needs
    • critical thinking / using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to opportunities.
    • ability to manage multiple projects and deliver before deadlines
    • flexibility, willingness to shift gears to meet project deadlines and client deliverables
