Job Description

THE RMN AGENCY, Atlanta's premier legal recruiter for attorneys and legal staff, is looking for a law or college student to assist as a Junior Recruiter for a growing team of seasoned legal headhunters. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable sales and recruiting experience. The RMN Agency has been recognized by the Daily Report as Atlanta's Best Legal Recruiters for the past 5 years in a row, and we work with large to boutique law firms, as well as in-house company placements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and Draft legal industry blogs to post regularly to social media platforms
• Assist Sr. Recruiters for various stages of the recruiting process, including sourcing and candidate/client liaison, refining resumes, interview preparation, gathering candidate information, and other day-to-day activities

HOURS: Approximately 15-20 hrs/wk., flexible remote work, but office is located in Midtown Atlanta. Send resume and hourly pay expectations if interested in this position.
