    Looking for an Administrative Assistant to join my growing, high-performing real estate team! As an Assistant for a high-performing real estate agent, you will provide administrative, operational and marketing support to the principal agent. You will be tasked with building operational systems, implementing administrative processes, and managing end-to-end business operations, overseeing social, marketing and real estate activities. You are highly presentable, have impeccable follow through and have exceptional communication skills, specifically verbal and written etiquette. Focused, energetic and driven, you are hungry to achieve your professional goals, all in the name of supporting and driving your team to success. Being organized and having meticulous attention to detail is what you do best - you must be able to pivot between competing priorities and constantly think of ways to streamline the workflow and efficiencies of the team. Responsibilities: Day to Day responsibilities will include: • Transaction management (getting paperwork signed and submitted/uploaded, coordinating deposit drop off, making sure deadlines are met, being around for walkthroughs with clients, gift ordering) • Managing lead nurturing, working with and in the CRM to make sure everyday tasks are completed for the team lead • Managing the calendar, making sure I know what’s going on and what’s coming soon • Client relations (gift ordering, note cards, birthdays, etc) • Social media • Weekly newsletters Qualifications: • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
