Responsibilities: • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Prospect and generate leads through various channels to build a strong client pipeline. • Guide buyers and sellers through the entire real estate process, providing expert advice and exceptional customer service. • Collaborate with the team and clients to understand their needs and preferences. • Utilize innovative technology systems and tools to enhance your productivity and sell more homes. • Participate in our comprehensive training program to develop your real estate skills and business acumen. • Represent the team and maintain a strong presence in the local community. Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • A valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one (if you're new to the field, we provide hands-on mentorship and training to help you succeed). • A passion for real estate and a desire to help clients achieve their home ownership goals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Enthusiastic, magnetic personality with a strong desire to build relationships. • Ability to work collaboratively with a tight-knit team of like-minded professionals. • Hunger for growth and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement. Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
