Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly as they enter to create a positive first impression of the restaurant • Make reservations, plan out the seating chart, and troubleshoot customer phone inquiries • Direct customers to their seats, ensuring tables are set properly with enough tableware for each diner, water glasses are filled, and menus are sanitized • Clean up and clear plates after guests leave, and get the table ready for the next customers Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills, as well as the ability to deal with customer requests in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED and should speak English well • Prior food services, or hospitality service industry experience is preferred but not required • Must be able to handle a fast-paced atmosphere with periods of standing on feet for an extended length of time Compensation: $17 hourly + tips
