Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring the cleanliness and attractiveness of public areas such as corridors, conference rooms, and foyers. * Providing necessary amenities, beds, cots, and bedding upon request. * Completing special projects as directed by housekeeping supervisors. Responsibilities: • Transport clean linen to the housekeeping storage rooms and replenish linen supplies on each floor • Make deliveries to guest rooms for guest-requested items such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding, and linens • Walk all assigned floors at the beginning of the shift and collect trash, soiled linen, and other items per management requests • Maintain the cleanliness of the guest rooms and hallways, as well as the lobby and other workspaces • Provide the highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs Qualifications: • Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques • Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification (GED) • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • We prefer that you have 1 or more years of experience as a houseperson, housekeeper, or similar position in the hospitality field Compensation: $17 hourly
