Responsibilities: • Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures • Liaise between employees and managers and advise on pertinent issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires • Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures • Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation Qualifications: • Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization • Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major • 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly
