    The Radical in Asheville, NC, is looking for a motivated individual to join the management team as the Restaurant Supervisor of Golden Hour and the accompanying rooftop bar. The successful candidate should possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills to effectively respond to customer inquiries and complaints. They will be responsible for coordinating and supervising staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant and bar. Responsibilities: Guest Experience: • Greet guests and ensure that they have a positive experience. • Monitor the dining room and/or roof to ensure that guests are being served promptly and efficiently. • Check on tables to make sure that guests are enjoying the dining experience. • Make recommendations to guests on menu items and beverage pairings. Staff Management: • Manage staff and ensure that they are properly trained and efficient. • Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. • Train and mentor new staff. Closing: • Prepare and close the restaurant at the end of the night. • Ensure checklists are complete, such as cleaning and stocking the restaurant. • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry. • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service. • Excellent customer service skills. • Ability to manage staff and ensure that they are properly trained and efficient. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
