    Our Asheville, NC, US property is seeking a skilled Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team of hospitable professionals. We require an individual who pays close attention to details, enjoys engaging with guests, and goes above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction. Prior hotel experience is not compulsory, however, experience in guest service is highly advantageous. Responsibilities: • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required • Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages • Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay • Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communication skills are required • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor, or previous hospitality experience are preferred but not required • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred • Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours • Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred Compensation: $20
