    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    Are you a top-notch Case Manager specializing in Personal Injury matters? Are you passionate about helping injured people? Then RLF/RX2, a top-tier and powerhouse Plaintiff's personal injury law firm, is the place for you!

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    The ideal candidate has pre-litigation personal injury experience. Duties include frequent client contact, medical records review and analysis, assisting clients with medical providers, preparing files to submit to our demand department, negotiating medical liens, and providing superior client service.

    1.      Investigate and collect client pertinent documents.

    2.      Review intake documents, to ensure we have all correct authorizations and sign-up docs.

    3.      Daily client communications.

    4.      Set up claims with insurance adjusters and draft representation letters.

    5.      Handle property damage claims, and run blue book values, help client’s with obtaining rental vehicles.

    6.      Communicate with insurance adjusters and other third parties regarding the facts of loss and communicating client relevant information.

    7.      Request medical records and potentially review the recommendations to help monitor client care and needs.

    8.      Call clients with updates, witnesses, lawyers, and outside vendors to provide updates, schedule interviews, relay correspondence.

    9.      Gather medical records and bills, Traffic Collision Report, death certificates and other pertinent documents for demand letters.

    10.  Draft detailed demand letters including causation, injuries and treatment, and general damages.

    11.  Provide general research for attorney review and case preparation if asked.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    1.      Ideally the candidate will have personal injury case management experience;

    2.      Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook;

    3.       Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;

    4.      Experience handling large volume of personal injury pre-lit cases;

    5.      Detail-oriented and organized;

    6.      Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;

    7.      Genuine Care for Injured Clients;

    8.      Comfortable taking multiple calls and working the phones;

    9.      Wanting to grow and learn;

    10.  Excellent writing skills;

    11.  Excellent time management and prioritization skills;

    12.  Results-oriented and motivated;

    13.  Ability to work well on a team;

    14.  Proficient computer skills;

    15.  Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;

    16.  casePeer experience is a huge plus; and

    17.  Type at least 50 wpm.

    JOB DETAILS

    1.      Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

    2.      Pay: Varies by experience. $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

    3.      Schedule: 8 hour shift

    4.      Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay

    5.      Experience: personal injury: 1 year (Preferred)

    6.      Work authorization: United States (Required)

    7.      Work Location: Newport Beach, CA

    8.      Benefit Conditions: Full-time employees eligible
