    Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Must be willing to work, including some weekends and evenings • Successfully closed an average of 2+ sales per month during a calendar year • Must consistently utilize our proven systems and tools (provided by the company) to expand your business • Participate in weekly team meetings and check-ins with your mentor agent • Complete assigned training specific to the position • Take part in team activities and events sponsored by the company • Perform data entry into databases including CRM programs, data spreadsheets, etc. • Follow lead protocol as established by leadership at The Real Estate Center Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Current Wisconsin Real Estate License (qualified candidate may be in the process of obtaining a license) • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment • Personable with outstanding customer service skills that exceed expectations and keep clients not only satisfied but happy • Must possess outstanding listening skills! • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with multi-tasking and creativity • Demonstrated proficiency with technology and understanding of G-mail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and use of G-Drive Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
