Responsibilities: • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Qualifications: • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $75,000+ At Plan, Commission
