The Real Estate Center in connection is seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Design ~ Web Design ~ Creative Specialist to join our remote team. This role is responsible for creating beautiful and captivating visuals for our digital and print efforts. This position requires an experienced candidate with excellent design skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating beautiful work. The ideal candidate should also have an understanding of marketing principles, how visuals can support an organization's objectives, and how to bring stories and ideas to life through design. Helpful to have familiarity with: • Kartra • Website Design & Layout • Canva • Google Suite Products • PDF Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business owners to create website designs and other graphics that meet project specifications. • Develop high-end, engaging visuals to enhance the website and other digital experiences. • Utilize software such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator to design graphics, logos, banners, etc. • Provide feedback and suggest modifications to existing design elements, ensuring they meet brand standards. • Regularly update and optimize existing website design and layout to keep up with the changing needs and trends. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or other related field. • Proven experience and expertise in creating engaging and visually appealing graphics for web and print. • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Canva. • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Employment authorization in the US is required. Compensation: $4 - $6 per hour
