Responsibilities: • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • A high level of interest in starting a career in real estate Compensation: $50,000
