    The Real Estate InvestHER Community, a fast-growing company and global community, is actively seeking an Operations Manager. In this integral role, this person will be instrumental in driving our company's growth and long-term success by ensuring the smooth execution of various business operations. This key person works under the general direction of the CEO/co-founder; relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; leads and directs the work of others. Responsibilities: • Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. • Manage budgets, forecasts, and department KPIs. • Recruit, train, and manage operations staff for effective performance. • Communicate with stakeholders regarding company priorities and projects. • Analyze processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource usage. • Establish and maintain quality standards to meet customer expectations and improve service quality. • Contribute insights to strategic planning for operational improvements and growth strategies. • Collaborate with other departments to align operational activities with overall business objectives and promote organizational cohesion. • Ensure legal compliance of company processes. To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to work in groups, as well as alone, oriented towards the good of the whole. Contain the ability to build rapport and strong working relationships with co-workers. Qualifications: Experience required: • At least 5-7 years operations management experience within a fast-growing company • Continuous learner; commitment to leadership development and self-development • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management • Experience budgeting and forecasting • Familiarity with business and financial principles • Excellent communication skills • Leadership ability in a growing company • Outstanding organizational skills • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Effective time management • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel (air/land) as required of position Preferred Experience: The EOS System Tech Knowledge (not mandatory): Huspot, ClickUp, Aloware, Kartra and Kajabi. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $85,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote Compensation: $85,000
