From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service Collaborate with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is closed Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Real-estate license or pursuing required Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Compensation: $100,000 yearly at plan commission
