    Job Summary

    The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for providing guests with comprehensive and professional product knowledge and product applications, reaching daily sales goal, and assisting the Spa close retail sales. Must have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and maintain a high level of customer service standards. Must have the ability to communicate with others, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times. Scheduling, dependability, and flexibility are a must.

    Responsibilities

    Understand and abide by Trilogy and The Red Rock Spa by Well & Being policies and procedures.

    Provide detailed descriptions of all skincare services offered at the Spa.

    Daily outreach to Clientele and tracking with understanding of retail goals set by The Spa.

    Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests needs with a professional and pleasant manner.

    Interact cooperatively with and with consideration towards guests and co-workers.

    Anticipate guest’s needs and adhere to The Red Rock Spa by Well & Being and Trilogy’s standards for guest service, including FORBES 5 Star Standards.

    Interacting with Spa and Station Casinos guests to increase spa, boutique, and product awareness.

    Consulting on and selling skincare, body care, activewear, and retail goods, providing product knowledge and product applications to Spa guests in the boutique.

    Meeting daily sales goal (based on hours worked) through selling and up-selling of The Spa products.

    Retrieving and updating guest records in SpaSoft system, supporting Spa marketing efforts, promotions, and special events.

    Assisting with the management of Retail and Inventory Control.

    Expected to oversee and maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of skincare merchandising on a regular basis, including, but not limited to: cleaning display, refreshing, as needed, disinfecting/cleaning any area applicable, and ensuring a luxury experience is always presented and available to guests.

    Upon completion of training, must be able to educate guests on the usage and application of all Spa products.

    Ability to complete skin consultations, as required.

    Communicates guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager on Duty.

    Maintain safety and sanitation and disinfection standards.

    Properly clean and sanitize products, following TRILOGY and State Governing Board requirements and guidelines.

    Follow service rules and regulations under their license in the State.

    Use all PPE and sanitation standards by TRILOGY and the State Governing Body.

    Decisions of a broad nature are made in accordance with general policy and procedures.

    Qualifications

    Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.

    Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.

    Must have 2+ years of previous retail/product experience, preferably within an upscale/luxury setting and/or department store/branded environment.

    Must have reputable and consistent sales experience.

    Must be a self-starter exuding helpfulness, self-discipline, tenacity, confidence, and high organizational skills.

    Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

    Must be a quick learner, accuracy and attention to detail are critical.

    Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English.

    Must have a flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends; and must be available on an "On Call" basis, if needed.

    Must be organized, timely, and detail-oriented.

    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Booker, Book4Time, Spa Soft preferred.
