Responsibilities: • Confirm ISA set listing appointments and meet with prospective sellers • Acquire signed listing contracts • Prospect and follow up with clients to set listing appointments from your sphere • Work with your transaction coordinator to see the deal through to closing • Setting buyer and seller appointments from your sphere and from team-provided leads • Enrolling buyers' and sellers' clients in face-to-face appointments • Coach clients through the ins and outs of their transactions • Negotiating contracts and contingency removals (administrative support provided) • Helping clients achieve their real estate dreams Qualifications: • VA license required and DC a plus • Several years of successful experience in real estate sales preferably specializing on the listing side • Driven and determined mindset with the energy and follow through to achieve your goals • Desire and matching work ethic required to make 6 figure income • Integrity and character to serve clients and represent the team well • Strong desire to help clients achieve their goal of finding their dream home • Can-do attitude • Unwavering commitment to client satisfaction • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills • Self-motivated and driven - drive to close 20-40 deals per year • Organized and manages time effectively Compensation: $135,000+ at plan
