The Refectory (refectorynova.com) in Villanova, PA is seeking full & part-time talented Bussers/Food Runners and Servers.

The Refectory is an upscale American Restaurant and Cocktail bar in collaboration with Villanova University. Our team is passionate about serving amazing food and values providing excellent service.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality, a passion for hospitality, and is team-oriented. Your demeanor is calm and friendly. Your multi-tasking skills are strong.

Positions:

• Busser/Food Runner ($6 hr + tips)
• Servers ($2.83 hr + tips for dinner | $7hr for lunch and brunch + tips)
  

Compensation:

• Paid bi-weekly 
• Tips received in paycheck

Busser/Food Runner experience:

• Previous experience preferred, but not required
• Working in a fast-paced environment in the hospitality industry
• Food safety knowledge preferred
• Food knowledge and interest is a plus

Server experience:

• 1-2 years previous experience is required working in a restaurant that focuses on a commitment to food and beverage knowledge and high expectations of hospitality
