    The Renée White Team at Keller Williams Realty is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities: IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: • Bring the team vision, value & expertise to life through marketing and advertising utilizing the team brand voice. • Create engaging written & visual content for use in print, digital, and video campaigns and advertisements. • Create, order, and prepare print mailers. • Plan, promote, and execute both live and virtual events and workshops. • Take ownership of the marketing & advertising results through monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting key metrics for marketing & advertising efforts. • Implement a strategy to increase the use of video in marketing campaigns. • Keep the team website refreshed and current. • Utilize a marketing and publishing schedule. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or similar position role • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to design and create visually effective print and digital assets • Proficient in utilizing social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc) to communicate a message and to increase engagement • Learning-based, curious, and willing to grow • Enjoy being part of a team. • Experience planning and coordinating events. • Experience with Google Apps: Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail • Experience with Canva or similar tools. • Passionate about the real estate industry. Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm in Walnut Creek with the ability to work overtime as needed. SCHEDULE Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
