QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of recruiting and/or sales experience is required.

• Ability to build rapport, strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Time management skills is a must.

• Must be COACHABLE & COMMITTED.

• A competitive and tenacious individual driven to succeed.

• Have the ability to overcome objections in a professional manner.

• Motivated to work for 100% commission. NOTE: RECRUITER COMMISSIONS RANGE FROM 20-30% PER PLACEMENT DEPENDING ON YOUR EXPERIENCE AND PERFORMANCE.

• Hospitality experience is a plus.

• Maintain production standards.
