    Buyer’s Agent wanted for a dynamic, fast-growing real estate team! We’re looking for a motivated, driven individual to work on our Zillow Flex Team as a Buyer's Specialist and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for working Zillow Flex leads as well as your own Sphere of Influence leads, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale and positive experience for every client. This is a fast paced position and we are only looking for FULL TIME, ALREADY LICENSED agents for this position. This is not a position for someone who currently works another career. Responsibilities: • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience **EXAMPLE IDEAL AGENT DAILY SCHEDULE FOR SUCCESS** • 8:00 am Check/Respond to Emails • 8:30 am Team Huddle on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday • 9:00 am-11:00 am Prospect for new lead opportunities • 11:00 am-12:00 pm Update the Database with Lead Information / Send follow-ups • 12:00 pm-1:00 pm Lunch • 1:00 pm-5:00 pm Buyer Showings, Buyer Consultations, Inspections, etc • If you do not have appointments from 1 pm-5 pm, ideally you would continue prospecting for lead opportunities with the intention of setting appointments • Weekends would be saved for showings, appts, and holding open houses in order to meet prospective buyers who are not currently working with an agent Qualifications: • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or relevant experience • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must live in the East Bay California Area Compensation: $100,000
